Following their 14-day return policy, I used their return authorization within the time limit, shipped glasses back via UPS at their recommendation, yet received no credit or contact of any kind. There was no phone number that connected, just a robot chat session that led to circular frustration. This feels like a total waste of $347, and I've already shipped the product back with their authorization form. Frankly, it makes me want to tell everyone to "Buy at your own risk." I felt compelled to engage with customer service to resolve this, but it was impossible, which is why I'm sharing my story.

Customer: I need to know what's happening with my return! I shipped my glasses back weeks ago, well within your 14-day policy, with your authorization form and your recommended UPS service. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I apologize for the delay and lack of communication regarding your return. Can you please provide your order number and the tracking number for the return shipment? Customer: It's [Order Number] and the tracking is [Tracking Number]. I've already lost $347, and I can't even get someone on the phone, just these frustrating chat bots. This is unacceptable. CS Rep: Thank you for providing those details. I'm actively looking into this for you right now. I see the return was received. There seems to have been an internal processing error, and I sincerely apologize for that. I'm escalating this to our finance department immediately to ensure your credit is processed. Customer: So, what does "immediately" mean? When will I actually see my $347 back on my card?
