I have decided to return the Glasses for a full refund even though they obviously offered to redo it, but just don't have time to wait again 9 - 11 business days to get my glasses. They also offered when I went through the online return process, to give be 110% credit to use instead of refund, but again, I declined. Changing to a 1 star review. Original: No Impressed, delays delays delays. I placed order on June 6th and as of June 19, I still do not have glasses, and I paid for Express shipping. They tell me that there were production problems. However, I feel like they just queue you up again and go through the 6 day 'production' period when they encountered a problem. They should really expedite things at that point. Communication is not good. I am the one having to follow-up and ask for status. It would be nice to get automated status. Also, trying to get to a live person on their phone number is near impossible to discuss existing orders."
